If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return your purchase within 10 days of delivery for in-store credit only. Your return must be post marked no later than the 10th day after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have tags attached (if applicable). Your item(s) must also be free of stains and smells, i.e. make-up, perfume, pet hair and smoke. (see fee scale below).

Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged and refunded, unfortunately any sale item(s) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Returns: We do not offer returns on swim wear or shoes for the health and safety of our customer's.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by e-mail that your item(s) have been received and you will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and an in-store credit code will be sent to you via e-mail, within 3-5 business days. Your in-store credit amount will be for the full amount of your purchase less any shipping fees (see return shipping fee scale below).
If you are unsatisfied with the fit of your purchase, you may exchange your purchase for the same item in a different size, within 10 days of delivery. The item to be exchanged must be received and inspected prior to the new item being sent out. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the size you need is unavailable, then your exchange will be treated as a return (see returns above and exchange shipping fee below). Your exchange must be post marked no later that 10th day of delivery.
Price exchanges are not accepted at this time.
In order to guarantee availability of your item(s) and timely shipping, we process orders right away as they come in. You may try to contact us for a cancellation, but there is no guarantee. All shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund in the form of in-store credit, the cost of all shipping fees will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
Return And Exchange Shipping Fees
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. You may use any method of shipping when returning an item for a full refund in the form of in-store credit or when returning an item to be exchanged. You must submit a tracking number for all items to be returned or exchanged. As a courtesy you will not be charged a new shipping fee when receiving your exchanged item.
